Hi, I’m Stephanie.

Let’s MEET!

I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I've also spent time in Northern Virginia and Santa Barbara, but I now call Los Angeles my home. I have been a yoga practitioner for over fifteen years. I first discovered yoga while studying Music Theater at Arizona State University. At the time, it was a wonderful form of exercise that blended the type of dance-like movement and breath work that I was so accustomed to. After moving to LA and continuing to practice on a near-daily basis, I found myself yearning for something more. I decided to take a leap of faith and travel to Bali for my 200-hour Teacher Training. After the training my passion and dedication to yoga had deepened, meaning so much more to me than simply exercise. I absolutely fell in love with the practice, the teachings, and all that yoga has to offer.

While I love teaching, I will always consider myself a student first. I was trained in Bali by Matt Phippen and Kate Gillespie in a Vinyasa style that blends Iyengar and Ashtanga principles. I have since furthered my training with Chad Dennis, Jennifer Perry, and Cat Acquaviva. I continue to grow and learn from all of these wonderful mentors.
