STYLE
Over the years, my practice has evolved from strictly power-driven exercise to a much more spiritual experience. Therefore, I understand my students’ needs for both styles, and I work to blend them together seamlessly. Through creative Vinyasa sequencing, Pranayama, and restorative Yin yoga, I challenge my students physically and mentally. I focus on alignment and breath to create good habits and prevent injuries. My love for music will always be present in my classes, with a motivating playlist that aims to help my students flow effortlessly and link their breath with sound. My hope is to create a safe, invigorating, and playful space for my students so that they may be ever curious, hungry to learn, and eager to grow their practice.

I also offer private and group lessons. These lessons are open to all levels, and can be a great way to deepen your practice on a more intimate level. You can expect lots of individualized attention, with the option to customize classes to your individual needs.
